Photography or film — one service per booking, both done fluently.
South Asian weddings across the Bay span Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Pakistani, and Nepali traditions — each with its own rituals, music, and rhythm, and I photograph across all of them with equal fluency. One week it's a jaggo night in Stockton, the next a South Indian muhurtham at dawn in Sunnyvale. What stays constant is my approach: learn the family, learn the schedule, and stand where the ritual is about to peak. Roshani & Rishab's backyard wedding and Niharika & Mandar's celebration both live in this body of work.

Questions
Which communities have you worked with?
Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi-speaking North Indian families, Pakistani and Bangladeshi Muslim families, and plenty of mixed-tradition weddings that blend two of the above in one weekend.
How do you price a wedding week?
Per event, from the published rates — no opaque bundles. Most families weight the budget toward the wedding day and reception, then add shorter blocks for haldi or sangeet nights.
Do you understand the family dynamics?
Enough to know the grandmother's blessing matters as much as the couple's portrait. I find the elders early, learn the key relatives' names, and make sure both sides of the family are in the gallery.
